Waterfront leisure complex Lucky Seasons is located on the front line in Byala on the Black Sea coast. The first building, Lucky Seasons 1 is completely sold out.
Lucky Seasons 2 is a five-storey building containing 34 apartments with areas ranging from 50 to 200 square meters, most of which have terraces with a sea view. The apartments are all completed, ready for exploitation, with some of them even furnished. The building has a license for exploitation since 2015.
The third and last building from the complex, Lucky Seasons 3 was completed in 2016 and contains 21 apartments with areas ranging from 50 to 200 square meters, most of which have terraces with a sea view. Similarly to Lucky Seasons 2, the flats are all completed, ready for exploitation, with some of them even furnished.
Lucky Seasons holds first prize in the regional contest 'Zlaten otves' 2016, organized by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber.
